This is the error occure in visual studio 2015 .. that are commonly occure.. Here the solution i put for u that i mostly used with putting littlle effort .. You can try it .. i also tried to reslove this problem by running services on the Task Manager in Service Option .. But I failed .. But in this video i showed you Its works..
