Nikon Z series its a real contender in the video front against the SONY. Somehow, the Z series its lack behind in terms of lenses available for video.
The new S line lenses promise to fill the gap in the video front for Nikon Z with new type of fast & quiet focusing mechanism. The old F-mount lenses uses silent wave motor which are noises by today standard.
Most of us would not remember that AF-P lenses are available which have fast & quiet, those few lenses available in F-mount are made mostly for DX camera. If great news that these lenses are fully compatible got the Z series with great AF performance.
