A favorite at the shop for sure! These knives are super light and nimble, and are some of the thinnest behind the edge we've seen through the shop. Not super flashy, these knives are performance first with great attention to the grind, polished spines and choils and tapered octagonal handles for maximum comfort, and a screaming sharp OOTB edge. All wrapped up in an understated nashiji finish and a large light tsuchime over the hira. Check them out!
