In today's video we are doing smoked chuck roast on a pellet grill, but we aren't cooking on just any pellet grill, today we are cooking on the Pit Boss Pro Series 1600! We smoked this chuck roast at 300º hot and fast. Part of the reason we did this was because it was -14º below zero here in Minnesota! Luckily, the Pit Boss Pro Series 1600 ran like a champ, and this smoked chuck roast turned out absolutely fantastic! The ultimate goal for this chuck roast was to get it so tender that it shredded with ease, and I could make some absolutely delicious bbq pulled beef sandwiches, and as you can see from the thumbnail, this smoked chuck roast did not disappoint!
