Ingredients
Coconut powder – 300 grams
Sweet condensed milk – 400 grams
Cashews nuts – 15 to 20
Pistachios – 10 to 12
Directions
Getting ready:
1.Thinly sliced the pistachios and chop the cashews in a bowl.
Making:
2.For preparing instant coconut barfi, heat condensed milk in a wok on medium flame. Add coconut powder and mix really well. Then to the pan add cashews and stir until all ingredients are mixed well. Keep the flame medium-low.
3. Turn off the flame after 2 minutes and transfer the roasted mixture to the greased plate and spread it evenly using a rubber spatula. Smooth out the mixture nicely. Then sprinkle the pistachios over the barfi mixture and press them gently with a spatula. Place it in a cool place to set the barfi.
4.After 10 to 15 minutes, cut the barfi into desired size pieces. Coconut barfi is ready, transfer them on a plate.
Serving:
5.Serve these lip smacking instant coconut barfi after your meals or anytime you crave for something sweet.
