This 10-minute stretch will help you increase your flexibility and mobility and it is a great way to work towards your splits!
Another version of my split stretching routines for you! This one will feel more relaxing with the view hehe :)
The goal is to do this routine every day for the next 2 weeks to be able to see a difference in your flexibility! You can do the challenge as many times as you want :) take pics of your splits and put them next to each other to see the progress! Sometimes we don’t see changes because we don’t see our before and after!
Remember that consistency is the key :) be super dedicated towards your goal and stay focused!
