Here's a comparison of three different popular cicada topwater bass fishing lures.

2. wLure T4 ($2.99)
3. Jet Tackle Online Crazy Bug ($1.59)
(as shown in order in the video)

All three lures look fine in the water, with a great topwater wobble retrieve. Be sure to modify the Jet tackle Online one by removing the first hook + screw, it will float better and retrieve better. You'll also need to flip the wings around to get the best retrieve (pretty simple to do, just use a small screwdriver).
While the Megabass Grand Siglet certainly looks the best out of the water, all of them have a very similar action in the water. The wLute T4 has almost exactly the same motion in the water, on both slow and medium retrieves. The Jet Tackle Lure also has a similar wobble and is the most affordable option, although it sits a bit lower in the water and the wing's material isn't my favorite for getting the best wobble retrieve.
The cicada lures are especially popular in Australia, where they are used for surface bass fishing. Here's a great example of them being used over there: [ Ссылка ]
In Australia, these are sold under Rileys Winged Cicada lure; or the Kokoda Bat lure, other popular versions include the Tiemco soft shells (hard to find in the USA!).
