Arm Bars for shoulder strength and upper back mobility.
Two commonly overlooked components of shoulder pain rehab are upper back mobility and training shoulder stability (which is more than just banded shoulder rotations).
These kettlebell arm bars with thoracic rotation are a great way to get both of those areas hit at once!
Typically I superset these with rotator cuff strength work with the arm bars being performed for about 30 seconds per side.
