1. Reformer pilates is fun!
2. It is low impact and as a plus size woman is a huge factor.
3. It doesn’t spike my cortisol.
4. Can increase or decrease intensity to my liking.
5. I am experiencing so much #bodyrecomposition doing this just a few times a week.
6. Supports my mental health.
