in the last video we went through easily
entering orders in the system today
you'll learn more about some features of
the software that will help you manage
and fill your orders on the overview
page you have a tabular calendar of the
orders for a given week some features
that will really help with these orders
are the reports you'll go to the bottom
of the page and press print all reports
there are eight options to choose from
the first option is an order ticket
which is the ticket for your staff in
kitchen there's a catering ticket which
is the ticket you'll give to the
customer there are order and voices
which the customer will use for payment
next you can get delivery directions
which will show you exactly how to get
to the event location it's integrated
with Google Maps so you'll get
step-by-step directions the supplier
report will show you what food to get
from the vendor for the event and the
pull sheet report will show you what
non-food items you need for the event
the last two reports are the food prep
report and the production report there
are two different versions of the same
thing with each telling you how much
food to make for the event you'll select
the reports you want to print and then
go to print selected reports at the
bottom if you find their reports you use
for every order you can save them as
defaults when you print the selected
reports the software will create a PDF
that will give reports for every order
in the week this is the catering ticket
which is given to the customer then you
will have easy step-by-step directions
that will show you how to get to the
delivery location the last report here
is the food prep sheet which will show
you which food items you need to make
for the event and how much to prepare
and a really clear and simple format you
can see that it says you need 25 pounds
of pulled pork 25 pounds of pulled
chicken etc these reports are prepared
for every order so you can scroll down
and see the same things for every order
in the week in the
