My dad loves all things Cinnamon Roll, so every year, I like to challenge myself to make him a cinnamon roll inspired treat that isn't actually cinnamon rolls! This recipe is for a Cinnamon Roll Poke Cake...it's very similar to a tres leches, with a twist! And it's easy because it's semi-homemade...the filling and frosting are from scratch, but the base is a boxed cake mix! If you try it, I'd love to know how you like it.
