The aseptic tube sealer is used to disconnect 2 process equipment in pharmaceutical or biotech application. C-Flex® type flexible to be disconnected is pinched in jaws interlocked by a magnetic locker. The disconnecting cycle is launched by the operator.
The sealing temperature can de adjusted depending on diameters and type of flexibles used.
This temperature is held for a set time to destroy all life present in the tube.
The operator checks visually for correct sealing and can cut the tube.
