The above machine video is our automatic 4 lanes coffee capsules filling and sealing machine for Dolce Gusto capsules.
The customer is producing both coffee powder and tea powder, that's why there's two units of the auger filling system.
The auger filling system are driven by the Schneider brand servo motors to mix the powder and dispense it into the capsules.
Also with the high sensitivity powder level detect sensor and also the topside automatic vacuum powder feeding system, the filling accuracy will be more more precise upto 0.15g.
The Nitrogen inside the Dolce gusto capsules are very important to keep the powder to be fresh. With special design, the Nitrogen inside the capsules will be more than 99%. It would be the best Nitrogen percentage machine in China.
After the finished Dolce gusto capsules are filled and sealed, we can also connect a carton box packing machine, that will pack the Dolce Gusto capsules into a carton box, and meanwhile seal the box with sprayer glue.
