Panda Macapuno Cheesecake
Ingredients
1 1/4 Cups All purpose flour
1/2 Tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 Cup White sugar
1/2 Cup Melted butter
2 Large Eggs
2 to 3 Tsp Buko pandan flavoring
1/3 Cup Macapuno

Cheesecake
250 grams Cream cheese
1/4 cup White sugar
1 Large egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
