This 40' x 64' structure offers a generous layout designed for high-end vehicle storage and a luxury automotive experience, with ample space to house cars, motorcycles, boats, and more.

The garage features a lounge area with comfortable seating, a fire pit, a large TV, and a kitchenette for entertaining, along with a bathroom complete with a urinal and shower for added convenience. Above, a loft provides a private space for guests, accessed by a custom spiral staircase, further enhancing the garage’s functionality.

Key design elements include reinforced scissor trusses to support a large industrial fan, extra bracing for structural durability, and strategically placed lighting to illuminate each vehicle. With its high ceilings, wide doors, and a covered side porch, this pole barn is a true haven for car and motorcycle enthusiasts who value both style and security.
