The grind continues on the Complex N Intense Cycle (CNIC) with the team doing heavy singles up to 90% of !RM, followed by back squat triples at 85% of 3RM. The program has the squats on a linear progression trying to add 5kg every week, and by the end of the cycle we're expecting some really heavy squat sets! The team finishes off the workout with some core work and has a little fun while they're at it!
Highlights:
- Shaheen gets fired up and decides to go way over on his last set of back squats, jumping from 140 all the way up to 170kg to match Nate, Scott and Rob!
- Scott tries a 210kg back squat again... and fails again.
