修復瑰寶——《流金歲月》（1988）（4K數碼修復版）世界首映
楊凡編導的《流金歲月》（1988），改編自香港著名作家亦舒的同名小說，由八十年代影壇兩位閃爍耀目的女星擔綱，演繹純真少女至世故現實的歷程，與當年的社會變化相互呼應。電影畫面精心經營，構圖與燈光都極為考究，詩意滿溢。適逢《流金歲月》 於36年後以4K數碼修復的面貌再次上映，楊凡導演藉此機會與觀眾分享電影的製作及修復故事。
本放映節目亦為香港文化中心三十五周年誌慶節目之一。

Restored Treasures – Last Romance (1988) (4K Digitally Restored Version) World Premiere
Last Romance (1988), starring Cherie Chung and Maggie Cheung, is written and directed by Yonfan. Adapted from the renowned Hong Kong writer Yi Shu’s novel of the same name, the story lyrically traces Nancy and So-so’s journeys from naive schoolgirls to sophisticated women. The film was set against the backdrop of Hong Kong’s transformative 1980s, drawing poignant parallels between the protagonists’ personal growth and the city’s political and economic upheavals. As Last Romance was premiered again in 4k digitally restored version in 2024, Yonfan takes the opportunity to share the making-of and restoration story of the film with the audience.
The screening is also a celebratory programme of the 35th anniversary of the HKCC.
