Vincent Gircys, a Lithuanian-Canadian, has never attended Lithuanian school and avoided Lithuanian activities in childhood but became interested in his parents' culture as he matured. "Destination Lithuanian America" expedition helped him to learn about the historic Lithuanian church and memorial in his hometown of St. Catharines, Ontario.
Now Vincent started digging in that so deeply - his sons are about to soon become citizens of Lithuania and Vincent himself even thinks of relocating to Lithuania.
The interview was made during the Destination Lithuanian America 2019 expedition, led by two Lithuanian travelers and lawyers Aistė and Augustinas Žemaitises. The outcome of this expedition:
