If you are using the Firefox browser, you will have problems playing Netflix videos.
You can remedy this by deleting the mspr.hds file on Windows 7. The folder that the mspr.hds file is in is hidden, so you have to make it visible so you can delete it.
To do this, you have to go to the "control panel" - "Appearance and Personalization" - "Folder Options" - "View" - "Hidden Folders and File" - click on "show hidden files, folders, and drives". Then click on okay.
Then, go to "Computer"- "C:\ Drive" -"Program Data" - "Microsoft" -"Play Ready"-"Play Ready Silverlight"- right click on the "mspr.hds" and delete it.
Go back to "control panel"- "Appearance and Personalization"-"Folder Option"- "View" - "hidden files and folders"- click on "don't show hidden files, folders, and drives". Then click on okay.
Now you should be able to view Netflix videos on Firefox.
