This is a typical 5th Ave. mast arm signal from the early 80s, and like all the Shadyside ones, it didn't originally have pedestrian signals, but then they added them several years ago. It has Novax buttons, and they also replaced the lights at the same time. But they didn't change the mounting-style, which is odd (changing from hanging to rod style). This features the Julie TTS voice, which I think is too soothing for a crosswalk (noisy environment).
SIGNAL INFO:
8" heads: Traffic Parts Inc./CH (aluminum; originally Crouse-Hinds and LFE Automatic).
12" heads: Traffic Parts Inc./CH (aluminum; originally Crouse-Hinds).
Pedestrian heads: McCain (aluminum) 16" with Duralight LEDs.
Year of installation/modification: 2014.
