In this video we discuss the Malaysian 600 Ringgit banknote which currently holds the record for worlds largest banknote. The banknote was released in 2017 and it measures at 370mm X 220mm. The banknote commemorates the 60th anniversary of Malaysian independence. The front of the banknote features an image of the Royal Throne as well as 15 previous Malaysian kings who have held power since 1957. The reverse of the banknote features an image of the 9 rulers signing the independence agreement.
