In this video, Dr. Joe talked about the 4 exercises for alleviating L2-4 nerve impingement. This condition could cause numbness in the lateral and anterior thigh, weakness in the knee, lower back pain, or trouble with walking. There are many reasons for nerve impingement, such as disc herniation, diabetes, pregnancy, bad posture, etc.
