We couldn't quite believe our eyes last October when we got our first look at the new Vauxhall Mokka-E. Mean, green and muscular, it is a very different proposition to the model it replaces - and that's a good thing. This week, we were among the first people anywhere in the world to get to take the Mokka-E for drive. So the question is: is it as good as it looks? Or is this a case of "style over substance"?
