WALNUT FUDGE
An easy recipe for a delicious Sweet Treat
Ingredients
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup walnuts chopped in small pieces
1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
Add the sugar and milk into a large pan and cook over low heat till the sugar dissolves
Add the condensed milk. Mix well
Keep cooking on medium heat till the mixture starts thickening
Add in the vanilla essence, butter and walnuts
Cook on medium or Low heat and keep stirring till the whole mass begins to leave the sides of the pan
Drop a little in bowl of cold water. If it forms a soft ball remove from the heat.
Pour out onto a buttered plate.
Cut into squares or diamonds when slightly warm
