David Richards was a swine flu victim which led to ARDS, ECMO, and 4 weeks of sedation and immobility. He went from being a national track and field champion to having less physical capacity than a newborn. He shares his journey through recovery and the physical burdens he continues to carry with him from ICU-acquired weakness.
