Is one side of your body bigger or stronger than the other? Then I got 2 quick tips for you!
First, perform more unilateral exercises. For instance, if one side of your back is stronger, instead of only doing Barbell Rows, also focus on doing 1-Arm Dumbbell Rows so that each side has to lift its own weight and strengthen individually.
The 2nd tip is to prioritize your weaker side whenever you do unilateral exercises. So if your left leg is weaker than the right leg, start with the left leg so that you can put more energy towards it and grow each side equally.
