I created a fougasse at the subscriber's request.
This bread is a ciabatta dough formulation with olive oil.
The crust has a broad surface area and features crispy texture and savoryness.
I also recreated the baked bean mukbang eating show by They Call Me Trinity.(๑•᎑•๑)
Mukgling's baking method uses the No Knead method.
Using the minimum tools, seek bread making at home easily.
Anyone can make bread easily.

■ Dough Formulation : 188g
B's(%): 100.0%, Tr(g): 100.0g Strong Flour(Bread Flour)
B's(%): 2.0%, Tr(g): 2.0g Salt
B's(%): 0.4%, Tr(g): 0.4g Instant dry yeast
B's(%): 6.0%, Tr(g): 6.0g Olive oil(extra virgin)
B's(%): 80.0%, Tr(g): 80.0g Water(12℃)
■ Process|room temperature: 28.0 ℃

1. Put water in the bowl.
2. Put the instant dry yeast and disperse in water.
3. Add salt and dissolve.
4. Add olive oil and mix well.
5. After adding the flour,
Mix evenly until the flour is invisible (dough temperature: 27°C).
6. After 30 minutes of Rest, the first fold (folding)
7. After 30 minutes of Rest, the second fold (folding)
8. Refrigerated(1℃) Fermentation : 8 hours
9. After 2 hours at room temperature, Shaping (Please see video)
10. Preheat oven.
Oven temperature is raised as high as possible during the Final Proofing to preheat
(my oven maximum temperature 250℃)
Preheat the lodge in a fully-heated oven for at least 20 minutes.

11. Put the dough into the preheated lodge 10-inch combo cooker floor
12. Cover the lid of lodge 10-inch combo cooker.
13. Put it in the oven
14. After baking for 20 minutes,
remove the lid of lodge and continue baking for 5 minutes.
(total: 25 minutes)
■ Note: Always be careful when using oven, lodge combo cooker
(It is very hot, so use it after wearing very thick oven gloves)
