Big wheel lifts — Moab is an awesome place to get good at controlling your front wheel up onto stuff and down off of stuff. There are lots of fun, rounded technical features to play on. Here I approached at a “jogging pace” then stomped my feet and leaned back for a big wheel lift. Once my wheel got up as high as I wanted, I shifted my body up and forward to help the rear wheel stay light and so I could be there for steering, or even a push if the rear wheel needed help. With the right amount of momentum, a solid front wheel lift, and a shift in body position, my bike just coasted up it. My RockShox Reverb seat dropper is down halfway.
