It time for another new Japanese product! This time it's Battle Region which released in Japan on Friday 25th February 2022. This is the 2nd set for Sword and Shield Year 3 and is the first Enhanced expansion (subset). It containing 67 cards, 6 CHR, plus 20 secret cards (that include 2 CSR cards). It Also introduces the K rarity card, Sparkling Pokémon! These are super sparkly versions of Shiny Pokémon, of which there is 1 of 3 in each booster box.
This year of the card game will parallel the video game (as most years), so will focus on Pokémon Legends: Arceus based theme set in the Hisuian region.
