Chicken with Dill leaves masala is an excellent non-vegetarian dish. Chicken pieces cooked in fresh herbs, tomato and served as a snack.
INGREDIENTS:
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Dill leaves 1 bunch
Garlic 5 cloves
Vinegar 1 tsp
Red chilly flakes ½ tsp
Oregano 1 pinch
Pepper powder ½ tsp
Salt To taste
Olive oil ½ cup
All purpose flour 1 cup
Cornmeal flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 pinch
Oil 1 tsp
Onion(chopped) ¼ cup
Green chillies(chopped) 1 tsp
Tomato(chopped) ¼ cup
Lime ½ slice
Boneless chicken pieces 1 cup
Cabbage(shredded) ½ cup
Tomato ketchup 1 tsp
METHOD:
1. Take a mixie jar, add coriander leaves, dill leaves, garlic, vinegar, red chilly flakes, oregano, pepper powder, salt, olive oil and blend into smooth green paste.
2. Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, cornmeal flour, baking powder, pinch of salt, oil and mix nicely using water to make like chapati dough.
3. Take a bowl, add onions, green chillies, tomato, pinch of salt, lime juice and mix salsa nicely.
4. Divide dough and roll into small rounds and place it on hot pan and cook on both sides.
5. Transfer into plate and cover it with another plate.
6. In the same pan, add boneless chicken pieces, green paste and cook it on slow flame.
7. Take a serving plate and arrange tortillas. On it place cooked chicken, shredded cabbage, vegetable salsa.
8. Atlast top it with tomato ketchup.
9. Now chicken tacos with dill leaves are ready to serve.
