Ultimate BMW Meet 2023 | British Motor Museum Gaydon | Classic & Modified Car Show
The weekend took us down to the British Motor Museum in Warwickshire for the annual BMW fest now known as "Ultimate BMW Meet".
This car show is reported to be the largest BMW car meet in the UK and it did not disappoint with hundreds of BMWs in attendance, from classics to the latest M cars.
This video is a trip around the show with highlighted cars that stood out to me as we were looking around. I'm particularly interested in older BMWs from the 90s and 2000s with rare and unusual spec for example a Diamond Metallic BMW E46 M3 which is an ultra rare sight.
The collection of E30 M3s on display this year was also incredible, they seem to be more numerous with time as they're really started to become collectors cars that only come out for occasions like this.
There was only 1 Imola Red E46 M3 at the whole meet which again confirms that mine is a very rare sight too. There were more Laguna Seca Blue E46 M3s than I anticipated as I thought that was much rarer.
It was great to see the new G80 on display along side the outgoing F80 model M3, and my eyes are always drawn to E38 7 series cars with massive spec.
Some of the custom BMWs at this event were impressive too, I spotted a few engine swaps such as an S54 into an E36 M3, and even an LS into an E30 M3 body.
There were a good selection of Alpinas in attendance including a very nice E60 5 series B5 in stunning red.
All in all, it was a great day out, and next year hopefully I can attend in the E30, in some kind of finished state.
