Hello! First of all, that recipe is the best I ever made! This day i've made some macarons, and of course they were delicious. I'll tell you a secret, macarons can't taste bad that's scientifically proven. Anyway as always you can make your own filling but I recommend this one. I assure you, your taste buds will explode from tastiness ;). Anyway enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 50g of almond flour
- 1 egg white
- 80 g of sugar (2tablespoons to the egg whites)
- pinch of salt
Cream:
- 100g of mascarpone (you can use more or less)
- splash of milk
- about 2 spoons of dulce de leche
