In this video: I explore the food scene in the Malaysian portion of Borneo Island. Starting in Kuching, where I stop into a local 24 hour restaurant for some muslim, Indian style Malaysian fare, complete with delicious garlic cheese naan bread and beef kebabs. Next I hop a flight to Miri and head down to a beautiful seaside restaurant where I enjoyed a succulent seafood spread complete with crab, scallops and spicy sambal sauce! Later, much to my surprise I managed to find a bar complex serving all types of different beers and was treated to a Filipino pork adobo, which was absolutely magnificent. Finally hopping another flight to Sabah, the city of Kota Kinabalu more specifically, where I took a beautiful beachside sunset stroll and devoured multiple finger food style snacks at the local market.
