Dr Sessa has been at the forefront of the psychedelic renaissance in the UK. He is an author, researcher, and psychiatrist specialising in child and adolescent psychiatry. As Chief Medical Officer at Awakn Life Sciences Inc., Sessa is conducting the first MDMA-assisted psychotherapy clinical trials for PTSD and alcohol dependence. As an advocate for more progressive regulatory drug policy, Ben's views align strongly with those of SSDP.
