With supports this boss is really easy with ryouma (maybe even without them but it will take more turns)

When the first bar breaks akechi debuff you with buster down and when second bar breaks he debuff you with np down, nullify defense buff and nullify attack buff.

So buster riders or alter ego will do a bit damage and after second bar breaks will be even harder with np down debuff.
