If you want to buy a replacement batter you have a few options:
1. Buy a used headset from eBay or somewhere comparable and salvage the battery (more risky because the battery may be dead!)
2. Buy an aftermarket battery from Amazon or Aliexpress. This is lower risk and I've had a lot of success. Here are two options to consider:
