This is a delicious cake, especially if you like fruit. This was made with Confetti cake, Mascarpone Chantilly Cream, Strawberries and Blueberries. The cake is nice and light, topped with creamy, delicious, and light stabilized chantilly cream, and then add whatever fruit you like. This is great for a quick cake. If you've ever been to Ocean City, MD and eaten at Bayside Skillet, this is reminiscent of their crepes! Live, Love, Eat Sweets!
