Baking soda and lemon juice can provide numerous health benefits for those individuals who consume this mixture consistently due to their medical properties. You don’t need a lot of these two ingredients to achieve their health promoting abilities. Simply combine one teaspoon of baking soda with the juice from half a lemon to a glass of water, and try to consume in the mornings for best results.
