May.12 -- Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte’s top diplomat says China has deployed more ships in a disputed area of the South China Sea even after the Southeast Asian nation’s repeated protests. Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin pledges to take up the issue with his Chinese counterpart.
