We have driven up North around 100KM of Baler to Dinadiawan, Dipaculao. There is beach resort called Sand and Stars beach resort. The entrance fee is P75 per head, swim all you can. We rent a volleyball free of charge and play for 30 mins. The wave is not as big as in Sabang beach. But not recommednable for snorkelling because its blur and can't see anything.
