Super quick to make mini rag wreath for Christmas or as general decor, using scrap fabric and shower curtain rings from the dollar store!
You'll need:
2 pieces of fabric each 8 1/2" x 10"
Spray starch or fabric finish (optional but recommended)
Clear plastic shower curtain rings from the dollar store
16" of cord, yarn or ric rac for hanger
Rotary cutter and mat or sharp fabric scissors
