A recent PowerPoint feature allows a Prezi-like clickable slide agenda, whereby presenters can choose to click any section, it doesn’t have to be in order. Almost every one of my PowerPoints these days uses this little known feature. PowerPoint's summary zoom feature is key to unlocking this. It gives the presenter the ability to make on the fly structure changes like running through different strategy options, addressing a structure in a manner suggested by the audience or even skipping the last section or two due to lack of time.
This works great for multi-speaker events where you have a thumbnail/headshot for each speaker so you can choose which order to do the speakers in on the fly.
I explain how to create a summary zoom in several contexts, understanding the formatting options, how to fix common glitches (like reordering slides, pasting across presentations), and even how to create a "return to zoom" feature where the speaker leaves PowerPoint slideshow mode during their talk.
Zoom must be created in a PC PowerPoint from 2019 onwards but can be viewed from 2007 onwards. More info is here: [ Ссылка ]
