This is a very versatile primer. Its purpose would be to address a problematic area so that you can then apply a finish coat to the surface. It can be used to address stains, crayon marks, raw/new surfaces. Listed below are some characteristics of Preprite,
• Good wet and dry hide
• Excellent stain-blocking characteristics
• Bond coat designed for priming many surfaces
• Seals many surfaces
• Assures uniform appearance of the topcoat
• Assures adhesion of the topcoat to slick, glossy surfaces

• Provides easy “slip” for positioning of wallpaper
• Contains anti-microbial agents which inhibit the growth of microbes on the surface of this paint film
• Low temperature application down to 35°F
