We've been growing snap peas in my garden and have been looking forward to snacking on these tasty legumes! After sowing the seeds, it should take between 50-70 days before you can harvest. You'll know exactly when you're supposed to harvest them as they'll be plump and firm. If they're too thin, that's a big no-no, and you can leave them on the vine to grow out.
In our experience, you'll want to keep them refrigerated, and they're best consumed within the first two weeks after harvesting. They typically won't last long after being plucked off, but if you freeze them, they should last much longer (though we prefer them fresh)!
