In February 2022, tensions between Palestine and Israel flared again and ended up in violent conflicts. Many were killed, from both sides. Tensions often occurred and ended up with violent actions committed by both sides, especially during An Nakbah, the commemoration of "the Palestine catastrophe” or the destruction of Palestinian society and homeland and the creation of the state of Israel in 1948.
