This is a training video for all new employees and associates regarding the A3 Environmental Consultants process and how to be successful and professional while performing a Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment. The site visit is one small but important part of the Phase 1 ESA. It's also the most public part where the employee or associate comes in personal contact with the client, agent, seller and whole host of other people involved in the transaction. It's important to A3E's brand, that we have the level of polish and service that reflects well on the services we provide.
