Start the Squat Clean Thruster holding a barbell at your hips. Then hinge at the hips and pull your barbell up to the front rack position. Then squat down until your thighs are parallel to the ground. Then drive back up to the standing position and as your do press the barbell over head and lock out your arms. Then drop the barbell back down to in front of your hips and repeat.
