A 2-year-old boy from Hartford who fell from a third-story building this weekend has died, police announced Monday.
The boy fell from a window of a building in the 1100 block of Capital Ave. just after 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Police said the toddler was not being supervised at the time of the fall and that his parents were not at home.
