This week we're on the trail of the original Pilsner malt. Join us as we learn all about Crisp Malt's amazing Heritage Grain series, and in particular their new floor malted Pilsner grain, Hanna. As well as visiting the farm and the historic maltings, we head to Lost and Grounded Brewers in Bristol to witness the brewing of a special all-Hana, all-British-hop lager.
