Fried creamed corn recipe:
Add one drained can of corn to a medium sized stainless steel saucepan with about a tablespoon of butter and fry on high heat stirring rapidly. Add salt pepper and paprika to taste. Reduce heat to medium and add a tablespoon of flour and stir well. Gradually add a little milk and cream until it thickens to your desire. Turn down heat. Stir well and serve.
